RETURNS

WEBSHOP:

Returns within 14 days, money-back guarantee.

 

IN-STORE:

Returns within 14 days, with a voucher, no cash refund. 

 

A. HOW TO DO A RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR OUR WEBSHOP - EU ORDERS

 

  1. REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

 

  1. RETURN SHIPMENT
  • Paste the DHL shipping label on your package.
  • Include the packing slip in the package so that we know which order number it concerns.
  • Drop off the parcel at your nearest DHL parcel point.

(No shipment costs are charged for Exchanges. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer and will be deducted from refund (€8,95)).

 

3. OR DROP IT OFF IN OUR STORE AT UTRECHTSESTRAAT 105, AMSTERDAM

     

    B. RETURN OR EXCHANGE - for NON-EU Countries 

     

    1. RETURN SHIPMENTS FROM NON-EU COUNTRIES: 

      1. Go to https://rain-couture.nl/a/return to register your return and make a label
      2. Print out the return label & commercial invoices
      3. Include one copy of the commercial invoice in your package with the packing slip.
      4. Paste the second copy of the Commercial Invoice on your package next to your shipping label.
      5. Drop off your package at your closest parcel point

    --> Please note: We insure all packages in transit from Raincouture to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. The customer is responsible for the package in case of returns (and exchanges) sent to Raincouture.


    REFUNDS

     

    Refund policy for EU countries:

     

    Once your return has been received, Raincouture will refund the order amount minus the cost of the return label (max 14 days).

     

    Refund policy for non-EU countries

    Raincouture will refund the order amount minus the cost of the return label.

     

    Important Note on Import Duties and Tariffs

    Depending on your country’s regulations, up to 30% in customs duties and tariffs may apply to your shipment upon import outside the EU. These charges are separate from the VAT refund and are collected by your local government.
