If there is a defect in your jacket within half a year of purchase and you have questions about it, you are very welcome in our store. You can also send an email to admin@rain-couture.nl. We will always do our utmost to solve your problem satisfactorily.

We do not provide any warranty for incorrect use or handling of the product.

 ZIPPER WARRANTY
A double-sided zipper is a product that is more vulnerable than a single-sided zipper and can break down more quickly if used incorrectly.

For that reason, we provide zipper instruction cards with every sale to promote proper use of the zipper.

If your zipper is broken, we can provide you with a new zipper free of charge up to a year after purchase, however, tailor costs are at your own expense.

We cannot guarantee the zipper in case of improper use.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS HOOD
Please be aware that the elastic cords in the hood are stitched at one side into the seam. Pull on the top of the drawstring (where the drawstring runs through the tunnel) to make the hood smaller.

ZIPPER
1. Pull the upper slider completely down against the bottom slider

2. Insert the pin and make sure the pin reaches the exact bottom position. If it doesn't, the zipper will fail.

3. Pull the slider upward.

4. Pay Attention: When closing the zipper, make sure both pins are pushed down even. When pushed in uneven, the zipper teeth will damage.
