There are 2 ways of taking stains out of your coat:

1. Dampen a microfiber cloth with hot water.
2. Apply a tiny bit (Dreft) soap to the cloth.
3. Apply the cloth under hot water again.
4. Rub the stained area gently with the soapy cloth.
5. Remove foam using a clean, wet side of the microfiber cloth.

If the mark on your coat is a significant or severe stain: use our special clean liquid. Available in our webshop. Works like a miracle on even the worst stains!

A double-sided zipper is a product that is more vulnerable than a single-sided zipper and can break down more quickly if used incorrectly.

For closing it, push down both pullers to the bottom of the zipper. And make sure, both metal pins are pushed down equally before zipping up.

Always be gentle!

Besides that our hoods can be zipped off. You can also adjust it in size. Choose to tighten it around the head with the cordstoppers on the sides.
When you want to shorten the hood, pull the cordstopper on the back of the hood.

Be cautious with pulling the cords, only pull on the top cords!

All of our fabrics have a special lamination on the inner side, which ensures the fabric stays waterproof. When taken good care of your garment this lamination will always stay. On the top surface of the fabric, we applied a Durable Water-Resistant Treatment (DWR), so the first rain will roll off. This stays for 12 washings. Aftyer a while this DWR treatment may be worn off. This can be re-applied with our special DWR treatment spray. We recommend applying this spray annually to ensure proper coat maintenance.
