  • Attach the DHL shipping label to your package.

  • Include the packing slip so we can identify your order.

  • Drop off your parcel at your nearest DHL Service Point.

  • Exchanges for full-price items are free.

  • Exchanges for sale items: shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • Returns: shipping costs (€8.95) are deducted from your refund.

B. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (NON-EU ORDERS)

1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Go to https://rain-couture.nl/a/return to register your return or exchange.

  • Print your return shipping label and commercial invoices.

  • Include one copy of the commercial invoice and the packing slip inside your package.

  • Attach the second copy of the commercial invoice to the outside of your package next to the shipping label.

  • Drop off your parcel at your nearest carrier drop-off point.

Return & Exchange Costs (Non-EU):

  • Shipping costs for all exchanges are borne by the customer.

  • Return shipping costs are also borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Please note:
We ensure all shipments from Rain Couture to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. For returns and exchanges, the customer remains responsible for the parcel until it has been received by Rain Couture.

 


REFUNDS

EU Orders

Once your return has been received and processed, Rain Couture will refund the order amount minus the return shipping costs (€8.95). Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt.

Non-EU Orders

Once your return has been received and processed, Rain Couture will refund the order amount minus the return shipping costs.

Important Note on Import Duties & Tariffs

Depending on your country's regulations, customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs of up to 30% may apply to shipments outside the EU. These charges are determined and collected by your local customs authorities and are separate from any refund issued by Rain Couture.


SHIPPING COSTS

 

  • Free shipping above 100€ within the Netherlands.
  • Within the Netherlands, your order will be shipped with the standard service of DPD.
  • Outside the Netherlands, the order will be shipped with the standard service of DPD, UPS, DHL, or PostNL.

 

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

 

We can ship products to almost every location. If your country is not available while placing your order, please get in touch with us via email, admin@rain-couture.nl


WHEN DO WE DELIVER?

 

Rain Couture aims to process and ship all orders within 2 working days.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12.00 AM will begin processing that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 12.00 PM will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 4.00 PM will begin processing on the following Tuesday.


Your order will be delivered between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm.
 PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday.
 UPS/DHL/DPD delivers from Monday to Friday.
Our couriers do not deliver on Sundays and/or holidays.


Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or holidays.


You can track your package by using the track and trace code, which will be provided by email after sending your package. You can also do live tracking via this portal - https://rain-couture.nl/a/return/Track

 

INSURANCE

 

We insure all packages in transit from Rain Couture to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once the package has been signed for, it is no longer insured.

 

Please note that the customer is responsible for the package in case of returns (and exchanges) sent to Rain Couture.


TAXES & DUTIES

 

International shipments and shipments outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package, and include the original packing slip. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union.

FAULTY GOODS

 

In order to facilitate the exchange or return of faulty items, please follow the same process as normal returns.


Faulty items will only be accepted if the delivered goods are damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within 3 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Exchanges are possible if the item is available. When possible, items may be repaired on request, but only when such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees


REFUNDS

 

Refunds will be made within 10 days after your return has been received or 30 days if you have paid via a credit card (please note that our store terms & conditions differ from our webshop’s terms). All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union.

 

For further information, you can contact one of our customer service representatives at admin@rain-couture.nl. Once our returns department has received your package, your refund will be processed, using the original form of payment, within 10 weekdays. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction once they have received the information from us.
